Will HHJ Pro Work With My iPhone? Compatibility Checklist
Before ordering or using HHJ Pro, check the exact iPhone model, Lightning or USB-C port, iOS version, app requirement, and dated hardware test status.
A connector that fits does not by itself prove HHJ Pro compatibility. Before ordering, check the exact iPhone model, Lightning or USB-C port, complete iOS version, the current HHJ Pro app requirement, and whether the model and software combination has a dated test result.
To decide whether HHJ Pro will work with an iPhone, verify four conditions: the connector matches, iOS meets the app requirement, the official app can be installed, and the model-and-version combination has a current compatibility status. A plug that physically fits is only the first check.
Why does a matching port not prove compatibility?
One HHJ Pro device includes Lightning and USB-C connectors, allowing it to connect to different iPhone ports. That solves the physical connection, but full compatibility can still depend on the exact iPhone model, iOS build, app version, and current test status.
An iOS update can also change permissions, accessory handling, or location behavior. A result recorded on an older build should not automatically be applied to a newer build.
Step 1: Find the exact iPhone model
Do not stop at a label such as “iPhone 15” or “an older iPhone.” Open Settings > General > About and record the complete model name and iOS version.
If the model is unclear, record both Model Name and Model Number for support. Do not send the serial number, Apple ID, password, or verification code.
Step 2: Identify the iPhone port
Inspect the port on the bottom of the iPhone and use the matching end:

Check whether the phone case prevents complete insertion. Do not force the connection at an angle or add an unverified adapter.
One device already includes both connectors, so separate Lightning and USB-C hardware purchases are not required. That does not mean every Apple product with a matching port is supported; the documented scope is compatible iPhone models.
Step 3: Confirm iOS and App Store requirements
The China HHJ Pro App Store listing currently states a minimum requirement of iOS 13.0. App Store data can change, so review the live listing before installation.
Record:
- the complete iOS version;
- whether the official app can be downloaded in the relevant store region;
- whether an app update is pending;
- whether iOS was recently updated.
Being above the minimum iOS requirement means the phone meets the installation threshold. It does not prove that every newer iOS build and iPhone model has completed hardware testing.
Step 4: Read the compatibility status and date
Open the HHJ Pro compatibility page. Check more than the model name: read the status language, conditions, and last updated date.
Use status labels conservatively:
- Tested means a recorded test covered the stated model and software conditions.
- Confirmation required means the available information is not enough for a firm answer.
- Under review after an update means an older result should not be extrapolated.
- Not listed does not prove incompatibility, but it also cannot be presented as verified.
Compatibility is a dated conclusion. The older the record, the more important it is to confirm the current state before ordering.
Step 5: Separate hardware compatibility from app compatibility
A successful physical connection and a working HHJ Pro app establish only the basic path. A third-party app may also evaluate the network, account, device state, permissions, cached data, or behavior.
If the purchase is intended for a specific app test, describe the lawful test case and review that service's official rules. HHJ Pro does not promise to bypass third-party detection or risk controls.
Pre-purchase checklist
Provide support with:
- exact iPhone model;
- Lightning or USB-C port;
- full iOS version;
- country or region;
- lawful testing purpose;
- whether iOS was just updated;
- the status currently shown in the compatibility list.
Support should confirm the current evidence rather than say that every model works. When no test record exists, “not yet confirmed” is the accurate answer.
What should you do before an iOS update?
If HHJ Pro is part of a stable QA workflow, record the working phone, app, and hardware state before updating iOS. Check whether the site has a result for the new build.
After an update, perform a limited validation:
- confirm that the app opens;
- confirm that the hardware connects;
- test one recognizable point;
- restore the real location;
- record the result and date.
Do not update a critical test phone to an unverified build without a backup device or continuity plan.
